Our Role:
McQuade Property Consultancy was appointed to advise on the lease implications of the proposed alterations and to prepare a package of information in order to obtain a licence for alterations from the landlord (freeholder).
The following services were provided:
- Prepared existing and proposed layout drawings showing the proposed alterations.
- Liaised and negotiated with the landlord’s surveyors to agree the extent of works to be permitted.
- Agreed the terms and content of the licence agreement with the landlord’s surveyors and advised our client of their responsibilities prior to signing up to the licence.
