McQuade Property Consultancy was appointed to prepare a condition report of a neighbouring property prior to major works being carried out to protect the interests of both parties.
The following services were provided:
- Inspection of the relevant internal and external areas of the neighbouring property in close proximity to the works.
- Prepared an itemised report which identified existing defects and condition on an element by element basis.
- Issued a copy of the report along with a schedule of photographs to both parties to be used as a tool to establish any change in condition or damage caused as a result of the works.
