McQuade Property Consultancy was appointed to inspect and report on the quality of works completed and the level of works outstanding where a dispute had arisen.
The following services were provided:
- Reviewed the contractor’s scope of works document and assessed the level of works quoted for.
- Carried out a site inspection and documented the level of works remaining outstanding.
- Prepared a report commenting on the quality of completed works, identified areas of concern with the completed works and highlighted further immediate remedial action required.
