The following is a summary list of the types of previous projects worked on:

  • Successfully secured planning permission for the construction of two new one bed flats on a plot near Brixton Tube Station, South West London.
  • Obtained planning permission for change of use of a ground floor shop unit in a freehold building in Brentford, West London to residential use and split the building into two one bed flats.
  • Obtained planning permission to construct a large rear extension to a ground floor leasehold studio flat in Acton, West London enabling a large two bed flat to be created.
  • Development of existing residential properties ranging in size and comprising rear, side, infill and loft extensions.
  • Conversions of houses and buildings to provide multiple flats or to be used as HMO’s (Homes in Multiple Occupation).
