Our Role:
McQuade Property Consultancy was appointed to obtain a licence for alterations for the proposed works and were then retained to specify and project manage the refurbishment works.
The following services were provided:
- Prepared a detailed specification of works document setting out all the proposed works and finishes as agreed with our client.
- Undertook and managed the tendering process and discussed tender returns and made recommendations to our client on contractor suitability.
- Administered and monitored the works on site and problem solved issues arising during the works.
- Agreed contractor valuations, monitored and controlled variations to the works and managed the client budget.
- Ensured that the works were completed to the required standard and our client’s satisfaction.
