Condition Reports

Condition Reports are important documents which independently record the condition of property. Such reports are mainly carried out on neighbouring properties prior to commencing works to your property. McQuade Property Consultancy is regularly instructed to undertake site inspections to record in detail the physical condition of property or land and log any existing defects prior to works commencing.

We conduct a return visit on completion of the works to check off the report and confirm whether any damage has been caused by the works. Our wide ranging construction and technical knowledge means we can quickly establish whether any claimed damage is attributable to works that were carried out. We can then advise on suitable remediation of any damage and oversee the repair works if required.
